Mahogany veneered gueridon with circular recessed green marble top. It has four obelisk supports tapering downwards, joined by tablets and resting on a circular base. Trimming of chiseled and gilded bronzes. It measures 82×42 cm and is a nineteenth-century work, made of wood, marble and gilded bronzes, from France. This gueridon is a fine example of French craftsmanship, with high-quality materials and an elegant design. The green marble of the top adds a fascinating visual contrast, while the chiseled and gilded bronzes lend a touch of luxury.
